Getting Started
Wednesday 16th September
7pm – 9pm

What you need to know, do, or think about when setting up in business.
This workshop includes
- the basics (absolute essentials and legal elements to consider)
- how to calculate your pricing,
- getting comfortable with charging,
- moving from free to paid for, or paid more!
If you’re not sure whether you want to set up a business, this is also a good workshop for you. If I put you off, it probably wasn’t for you! If you’re excited and leave with a to-do list that you want to get started on asap, it probably is.
Both are good outcomes.
Planning Your Coaching Offering
Wednesday 21st October
7pm – 9pm

In this workshop you will be guided through the process of developing your coaching offering and/or your bespoke coaching programme including:
- What is your intention for your clients?
- How to structure your programme or offering
- Planning and Preparation
- Pricing your programme
- Crafting out your marketing message
I have been working as a coach for 9+ years and started her coaching journey with a 12 session womens’ coaching programme.
I found that my programme helped me to develop and deliver a clear marketing message that spoke directly to those individuals who would benefit from it.
With a programme you will build your coaching experience fast, and potentially finding selling easier as you will feel as though you are selling a product rather than yourself.
However, this workshop will help with your entire coaching offering whether you want to run a programme or not.
Discovery Calls
Wednesday 11th November

An essential part of selling your coaching, and ensuring you and the potential coachee is a good fit, is a discovery call.
This workshop includes
- the structure of a discovery call
- how to prepare practically for a discovery call
- working on your confidence
I wasn’t taught this on my coaching training, not many coaches are, so I’ll be sharing what works for me, and how you can get good at these calls, help more people, and build your coaching business.

All sessions will be run by Helen Leathers, an experienced coach and trainer, who has been in business for many years.
She has:
- been self-employed since 1996
- relocated to Shropshire and launched a successful design agency in 2004
- developed a successful network marketing business in which she was in the top 0.5% of the distributors in the company and a company trainer
- written and published 9 books through her own publishing brand.
- become a property investor
- launched an educational product into primary schools
- delivered business start-up and coaching support to small businesses through various Marches LEP and ERDF funded projects in Shropshire, Herefordshire and Telford & Wrekin areas since 2013.
- been providing training and workshops to individuals and organisations since 1996
- launched and developed her coaching and business in 2016
- Trainer and Assessor & COO at Your Coaching Journey since 2023.
