I am a GP partner, trainer, appraiser and coach.
Using positive psychology, I am interested in supporting GP coachees through change, specifically transitions of identity or purpose, in their career or home life. This could be the change from GP trainee to salaried GP/partner; GPs who find themselves burnt out and need to find ways to reinvent themselves; GPs contemplating retirement; GPs who’s children have left home or have transitioned from being married to being single.
We will explore your values and strengths and use them to authentically work through the tranistion for long term satisfaction and happiness.
