Our aim is to share knowledge, experience and best practice in a relaxed and open environment, welcoming experienced and novice coaches alike. We also expect to have much fun during the time we spend together.
We usually discuss a particular aspect of coaching before we move on to putting in to practice what we’ve been learning in small groups. They’re low cost workshops and you can add them to your ongoing CPD.
We run regular co-coaching group meetings on Wednesday evenings (7pm – 9pm).
This is where you have the opportunity to practice your coaching with other coaches, be coached by other coaches and to observe coaches coaching.
The learning that this activity provides can be hugely rewarding and has the added advantage of being conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
You can also try out new coaching approaches here first and get honest feedback from other coaches.
Immerse yourself in all things coaching. Currently a Virtual Coaching Conference we combine networking, workshops and presentations from world-renowned speakers. Not only do we introduce coaching approaches and new skills, but we also invite speakers who can help you grow your business too.
Mentoring & Supervision
Tom Dillon is a fully qualified ILM level 7 Coach Supervisor. He provides group and 121 mentoring and supervision. Find out more and get in touch here.
Your Coaching Business
Learning to coach is one thing (and possibly an ongoing project!). Setting up and running a successful coaching business is something else entirely. And not often something that is covered on initial coach training.
Advanced Coach Training
You’ve got a coaching qualification under your belt, but there are many reasons you might want to increase your training, qualification and coaching knowledge. (Not least of all because you love learning. We’re the same!)
Local to Warwickshire? When we can we like to arrange for our coaching community to come together and practice walking coaching. It’s always a lovely half day – and there’s usually cake involved. In the past we’ve had bring-and-share picnics and enjoyed Warwickshire country parks. It’s typically a summer event, and currently dependant on the ongoing covid situation and restrictions.
We’ll advertise our next walking coaching via our weekly email – you can use the form below to register for updates and ensure you never miss out on our events.
