Coach Mentoring for Doctors
Mentoring other coaches is something that we both find really exciting, and extremely rewarding.
With over twenty years between us of developing as coaches and building our businesses we know the value of working with and learning from those who have already walked the path. We’ve both had the good fortune to be mentored by various coaches who have been incredibly influential in shaping our coaching journeys, walking beside us as we’ve continued to develop.
Having studied dozens of approaches to coaching and taken some wisdom from all of them we have both been able to find our own approaches to the coaching we deliver. The knowledge and experience that we have gained is something that we both love to share with the coaches who work with us, as we help them to navigate their own coaching path.
Coach Mentoring is Provided By Both Tom Dillon and Helen Leathers
We’ve both studied with, worked alongside and met a great many other coaches who have been trying to carve out a place for themselves in the coaching world. We’ve watched some coaches struggle and seen some walk away from coaching as a profession. We’ve also seen some flourish and turn their learning and passion in to a career. The difference between those who flourish and those who walk away is often the support, or lack of support, that they receive along the way.
Whether you are looking to:

You’ll find the support that we’re able to offer invaluable.

121 Coach Mentoring is offered by both Tom Dillon and Helen Leathers.
Your session is time dedicated to you and your coaching journey, whether you want to:
- develop the breadth and depth of your coaching
- move forward in your coaching career or business
- ensure the quality of your coaching
121 coach mentoring will also qualify towards the supervision requirements for accreditation with the Association for Coaching if that’s something you are wanting to pursue. (We also offer support specific to the accreditation process.)
What does a 121 Coach Mentoring session involve?
We will meet for 1 hour on zoom where you can bring anything related to your coaching interactions, your development as a coach and your coaching career/business.
What will I be able to explore in a 121 mentoring session?
Business Development – You will have the opportunity to learn ways to market your business to attract individuals interested in coaching and then to to sell to those potential clients. You’ll learn to make the most of your discovery/chemistry sessions and to nurture your coaching relationships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial.
Coaching Development – As well as being able to focus on your coaching career in all its forms, mentoring offers you the chance to develop as a coach and explore new approaches to coaching, to think about CPD and developing your own style of coaching.
Focus on Live Coaching Issues –The third important aspect of mentoring is having the chance to discuss your live coaching issues in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
121 Mentoring is entirely flexible so you can schedule a session for a time that works for you. Your investment for one session is £100. Alternatively you can book a block of 6 sessions for £500; you are then able to schedule these for a time and frequency that suit you.
Use the buttons below to book a one off mentoring session with either Tom or Helen, or to secure a block of 6, and book your first one to get started.
