I specialise in health coaching, using a person-centred approach to coaching, with an integrative style combining different tools and techniques to adapt the coaching to best meet the individual needs of each coaching client. My aim is to help you to reach your potential and be your best self.
My special interest is coaching supervision. I have an ILM level 7 diploma in coaching supervision and I supervise coaches across a range of roles, including health coaches and other coaching supervisors. I am passionate about supporting coaches to thrive both professionally and personally.
