Show Notes

We will regularly be devoting a podcast episode to discussing some widely held coaching beliefs, common coaching practices and
coaching challenges that are often pondered and debated.

In today’s episode we are talking about contracting. We will be exploring whether it is always necessary to contract with coachees, and if a coach is doing so, when they might contract and how they might go about it.

We’ll also be exploring what elements coaches might choose to include in their coaching contract and their contracting conversations.
